Abstract

The development of reliable and durable roller reinforcement structures often presents significant difficulties, since it requires an assessment of the durability of its individual parts, as well as an analysis of the reliability of roller reinforcement structures as a whole. This work presents a methodology for determining the reliability and durability of guide fittings. Guide fittings PRD–01 and PRD–03, installed in crate No. 15, were selected as the object of the study. The results of statistical processing of data on valves PRD–01 and PRD–03 are presented. The results show that when 10 thousand tons are produced, the rental probability of emergency failures of the PRD – 01 valve is 8.6%, and the PRD–03 is more than 40%
