Abstract
There are mentioned developed mix formulation for coating the periclase mold with the coat made on the basis of silicate binder on water basis «Leiksil» in the article. For research is was used sintered mold, covered with mixture on the basis of «Leiksil» with addition of Ti и Al2O3 powders. Specimenы with coating were examined by methods of structure phase analysis and X-ray fluorescence analysis (XFA) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). It was developed an equipment package for automated process of composite coatings, including control system development. Research of facial layers of molds by methods of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and structure phase analysis showed, that, at least, two methods of protective layers from researched, provide junction formation Ti3Al in facial layers of mold and reducing of the layer of increased hardness on the surface of titanium castings. Getting of titanium castings of high quality without layer of increased hardness let to widen output of shaped casting of titanium alloys for air industry, medicine.
