Abstract

The work is devoted to the analysis of the parameters of self-fluxing coatings based on nickel, which are used in the restoration of worn surfaces of automotive parts. The thickness factor and its effect on wear resistance, porosity and hardness were considered. The thicknesses of coatings of different chemical composition are determined, which determine the optimal technological parameters, as well as the reasons for the change in these parameters. Analysis of coatings of different chemical composition allowed us to conclude that the coating technology affects the surface imperfection of automotive parts. Coatings from powder alloys of the brand ПР-Н77Х15С3Р2 are most effective in the restoration of parts with wear up to 1 mm.
