Abstract
The theoretical basis for the development and use of metal phosphate binder for molding, rod, heat-insulating mixes and nonstick coatings for use in the foundry industry and metallurgy. The authors have developed aluminophosphate, magniyfosfatnye, magniyalyumofosfatnye, kaltsiymagniyalyumofosfostye and other metal phosphate binder, which have been pilot testing in production conditions in the preparation of iron and steel castings. They have ecological purity, high temperature resistance, low cost and ability to gazotvornoy contribute to the elimination of the marriage of castings from ferrous and non-ferrous metals and alloys for gas shells and sieve porosity, hot and cold cracks, metal penetration, have a long shelf over a period of 12 months.
