Abstract

The paper presents the results of mathematical modeling, which make it possible to synchronously predict the associated products of coking chemical production (CCP) according to four predictors: resin, benzene, ammonium sulfate, coke oven gas, while simultaneously analyzing the ratio of ten grades of coal: G, GZHO, GZH, W, KJ, K, KO, KSN, KS, OS and nine chemical components of coals: moisture content, ash, sulfur, the basicity index of ash and coal, the yield of volatile to dry and hot mass, the width of the plastic layer, the average reflection index of vitrinite. For the first time, Pearson correlation coefficients have been established between the ratio of the studied brands and the chemical components of the coals and the predictors. For the first time, the relative prediction error between the actual and calculated values of the studied predictors has been established. For the first time, a relationship has been established between the covariance function (f) and the standard deviation of the normalized array of studied predictors. For the first time, relationships have been established between f and the actual daily values of the predictors. A change in the nature of the relationship between f and the resin has been observed when the array is sorted from f to the predictor and an extremum point appears, which may indicate a stronger influence of physical, chemical, technological, and other factors. The obtained technological dependencies and mathematical patterns indicate the complexity of the physical and chemical processes in the coal-chemical plant, which determines the mandatory requirement for the systematic development of the mathematical apparatus and the detailed mathematical modeling of each coal grade. In the statistical processing of data and mathematical modeling, methods and algorithms of mathematical analysis and mathematical apparatus developed by the authors of this study were used, adapted to the conditions of unstable operation of an enterprise with a full metallurgical cycle, operating in the front-line zone of military operations.
